Thanks for the best wishes.

Believe me, I know we're lucky - our son is high functioning and doesn't have to have rigid set routines to get through the day. OTOH, when it comes down to a guessing game as to how he feels with no input from him (is he throwing up because of something he ate, or did he have a migraine, or is it something else...) it's hard to see any lighter side.

For all his issues, we're very lucky.
